Some of you may be thinking, “You are a car salesperson, shouldn’t you love cars first and foremost?” I always anticipate that type of question and the answer is easy for me; I do my job, not for the cars, but for the customer!
Obviously, I do love vehicles, after all, I am in the car business, but I am in the people business first. Finding the car, truck, or SUV my customer has been wanting, well, there is no feeling like it. I anticipate the smile that typically follows handing over the keys to a customer’s newly purchased vehicle. I love that!
Cars provide happiness, but customers create it.
